Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Participants must complete a medical questionnaire before the session. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Squids Dive Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather or safety concerns. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking are non-refundable. If a modification is required within 72 hours this will attract a 20% operator amendment fee.
