Winterfest Car Show
The inaugural Port Stephens Car Show at Nelson Bay on Sunday 14 July between 9am – 2pm will feature the Mad Max II Interceptor and a 1960’s Batmobile, dozens of rare classic cars, live music, celebrity appearances and more.
The idea for the show is to bring people to the bay, enjoy the huge variety of food with take away or dine in specials from local cafés and restaurants, live entertainment and to showcase a large array of classic cars.
Both the Batmobile and Mad Max vehicles are owned by the Superhero’s foundation to raise financial support and awareness for Brain Cancer. The Mark Hughes Foundation and Beanies for Brain Cancer are also being supported from proceeds raised from the event. These causes are very close to the show’s founder, being witness to the disease and its toll on his Uncle.
Come for the day as a spectator, wander through the show cars, listen to the live music in Apex Park, perhaps with a takeaway picnic lunch from one of the featured cafés or restaurants. Have your picture taken with Batman and The Bat Mobile, visit the petting zoo, fish feeding, face painting or catch up with Big Dog!

The show will be in Nelson Bay CBD, Apex Park and Marina Precinct Sunday 14th
July 2024 9am-2pm. Free parking is available at Nelson Bay Bowling Club or Nelson Bay Golf Club.
